General

At Modern Homestead, your comfort and enjoyment of the property is our main priority. We strive to ensure that your stay is delightful and are happy to accommodate your requests. For further information or questions about our policies, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Check-in time is after 3pm. Checkout is by 11am. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Room rates are based upon stated occupancy and state taxes will be applied. Maximum capacity varies per unit. A 2-night minimum stay is required on reservations. Certain holidays and special event weekends require a 3-night minimum stay.

NO SMOKING, NO CANDLES, OR ANYTHING BURNING in the interior of Modern Homestead. Modern Homestead offers a smoke-free environment for the enjoyment of our guests.  There is no smoking allowed in the guest rooms.  Those violating this policy are subject to a $250 cleaning fee and may be asked to leave early. Pets are not allowed without prior approval and applicable pet cleaning fees.


Full pre-payment by VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express is required to confirm all reservations. If your plans change and you must cancel your reservations, we require that you notify us by 6pm, 14 days prior to arrival, for a full refund. If you cancel less than 14 days before your arrival, or do not arrive for your reservation as scheduled, or depart early, you will be charged for the entire stay. All reservation modifications and cancellations are subject to $20 per room service fee.

 

monthly rentals

A cleaning fee of $100 will be charged for monthly rentals.

Overnight guests for monthly guests staying more than one night must be approved.
